Information we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication metadata.
• Application data: the job applications, notes, documents, and related details you choose to add.
• Calendar connections: if you choose to connect Google or Microsoft, we store the OAuth tokens needed to create events on your behalf.
• Feedback: any messages you submit via the in-app feedback form.

How we use your data

• To provide and maintain the tracker service.
• To sync calendar events you've explicitly opted into.
• To detect company industries via AI classification of company names.
• To respond to feedback and support requests.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored in our secure backend with row-level security policies that ensure only you can access your own records. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except service providers essential to operating TRKD (hosting, authentication, AI classification).

Your rights

You can export, edit, or delete your data at any time. The Settings page includes a permanent account deletion option that removes all of your data from our systems.
