By creating an account or using TRKD, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use TRKD.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload illegal content or content that infringes others' rights.
• Don't attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• Don't use TRKD to send spam or unsolicited communications.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you put into TRKD. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

Service availability

TRKD is provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to keep it available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and aren't liable for downtime.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On account deletion, all of your data is permanently removed.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
